THE NEW ELECTED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

THE SUB COMMITTEES

1. All committees will have atleast 2 members from Executive committee
2. Every committee is requested to meet within next 7 days and choose a Head of the Committee, make a business plan or a plan of action for the year.
3. Every committee will update the Executive committee and Board of Directors about their activities and progress made atleast once a month by email.
4. Executive committee will meet once quarterly to review the work and progress of all the Committees
5. Each Committee is requested to replace members who do not attend 3 consecutive meetings or do not work actively.
6. Every committee must submit a budget to the treasurer atleast 7 days in advance in case of any monetary expenditure involved.
7. Members are requested to be part of NOT more than 2 committees.

The Sub Committees will be headed by atleast two members of the executive committee.

1. MASTERCLASS COMMITTEE

Responsibilities:

1. To plan and execute the series.
2. Raise funds for production, negotiate deals for DVD rights, Internet sales and TV rights.
3. Organize the ground event.
4. Line up guests for the entire season

2. DIRECTORS + ACTORS WORKSHOP COMMITTEE

Responsiblities:

1. The committee will plan and raise funds for the workshop.
